San Francisco Local Music Podcast – Michael Romanowski/Renee Richardson and Joel Streeter
We kicked off our new podcast, which doesn’t have a name yet, but we are working on it, with Joel Streeter. Joel helped us brainstorm on a name. Still brainstorming…. He brought his guitar and played some songs in the studio. We also played a few tracks from his upcoming new cd ” Matador.” Joel is a very talented sing and songwriter, as well as lots of fun to hang out in the studio with. We all had a great time. Though we rambled a bit, and this was longer than most of the future podcasts will be, Renee, Joel and I had a great time talking very stream of consciously. The template for type of podcast we are doing, And a Live, Evolving show with local musicians.

I am honored to be representing the San Francisco chapter of NARAS at the Game Developers Conference at Moscone Center. as chairman of the P&E (Producers and Engineers) wing for the chapter, I am presenting the award for the best original soundtrack in a video game. This conference is amazing. It is incredible to see all of the development that goes into video games. well done to all of the nominees, in all of the categories!!
